Park Rules & Guest Policies
The following rules govern the use of Stephens Bay RV Park facilities and are part of your rental agreement. These rules may be updated as needed. The entire campground is monitored by security cameras.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 1:00 PM.
Registration & Minors
All campers must register with park staff.
Campers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
After 9:00 PM, all minors must remain at their assigned and registered site.
Visitors
Guests are responsible for the behavior and actions of all visitors.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced.
Speed Limit
The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced.
Firearms & Fireworks
The discharge of firearms or fireworks is strictly prohibited.
Campfires
Campfires must be made only in approved fire rings
Fires must not exceed two feet above the fire ring
Only approved firewood may be used
Stored wood must be kept off the grass
No accelerants (gas, kerosene, etc.)
Do not burn trash, plastics, or food
Per City of Eastland regulations, campfires are allowed only for cooking
Sites & Occupancy
One (1) RV per site
Maximum of two (2) people per RV unless approved in writing by management
No tents allowed
Vehicles & Parking
Maximum of two (2) vehicles per site
Vehicles include cars, trucks, motorcycles, and trailers
Additional vehicles must be parked in the overflow area
No parking on roadways
No ATVs or dirt bikes allowed
No commercial business operations allowed in the park
Work vehicles and equipment must be parked in overflow areas
Site Care
Campers must keep their site clean and neat.
No permanent attachments or cutting of trees is allowed.
Alcohol & Conduct
No alcohol consumption by minors
Drunk or disorderly behavior will result in removal from the park
Personal Property
Stephens Bay RV Park and the landlord are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Refunds
No refunds or credits are given for weather, discomfort of nature, early departure, or eviction.
Laws
All local, state, and federal laws must be obeyed at all times.
Pets
Pets must be on a leash
Must be cleaned up after
May not be left unattended
No dogs over 25 pounds
All pets must be vaccinated and wear a name tag
These rules comply with City of Eastland ordinances.
