TERMS & CONDITIONS
By making a reservation, entering the property, or staying at Stephens Bay RV Park (“the Park”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Registration
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Stephens Bay RV Park reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation at its discretion.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are due according to the terms of your reservation.
No refunds or credits will be given for early departure, weather conditions, discomfort, or eviction due to rule violations.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-out time is 1:00 PM unless otherwise approved by management. Guests must vacate their site by the designated time to avoid additional charges.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:
Their RV and personal property
The behavior of everyone in their party and their visitors
Following all Park Rules and posted notices
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
Liability
Guests stay at their own risk. Stephens Bay RV Park, its owners, and staff are not responsible for injury, theft, loss, or damage to persons, vehicles, RVs, or personal property.
Use of Property
The Park is for recreational lodging only.
No commercial activities or business operations may be conducted on Park property without written permission.
Compliance with Laws
All guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws while staying at the Park
Right to Modify Terms
Stephens Bay RV Park may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Park constitutes acceptance of any changes.
